Tried to order through the app and the website, which are both garbage. So I called. I told the employee I'd like to place an order to pick up and he said "ok give me one second." He put me on "hold" (no music and I could still hear some sounds including a text notification so I'm pretty sure he just put the phone down) and 15 minutes later nobody had gotten back to me so I just hung up and ordered from Denny's instead, since you can actually use their app. Dining in at this restaurant is ok though. The food is fine and one of the morning servers is great. Hopefully they notice you walk in right away though, or you'll be standing there for a while.

Service was great! Food was good and really the only jssue I have with this place like so many others is the seat everyone on just one side of the restaurant. I get it staffing issues may to be to blame for that. But the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Don't order the orange juice. Pancake House is always good choice. You need to make reservations, but the food is always good there at The Pancake House. If you need quick fix and have time to spare I Hop is ok.

We would go again. The service wasn’t great but the food was good. I’m guessing the service was slow due to lack of workers.
