Renovations are beautiful. Customers are getting amazing benefits out of the decision. Staff were busy but super helpful, EHAB deserves a raise. Unique displays all over the store, some of brands I've never heard of (cudos, that's what BestBuy is for) Solid place to fulfill your electronic needs.

I used to be at best buy every Tuesday to buy movies or games. They remodeled & changed they store completely. They no longer carry physical movies anymore. With this change I have no reason to shop with best buy anymore. The experience is completely different I couldn't find nothing I wanted to buy I walked out empty handed. I'm forced to shop somewhere else.

Store remodeled to be only high end items. No physical movies very few games. I understand that they have to do what's best as a business but this store is no longer what I remember best buy being

Superb store where the assistants are very eager to answer questions shoppers have about the products being sold. I purchased a TV mount for the wall in my bedroom. Thank you Best Buy for the Terrific support & guidance for the excellent accessory for the TV.

It depends on the product. In the case of drones best buy does not repair them or stock parts. They do carry spare propeller blades in some stores but other parts need to come directly from the manufacturer, best buy offers limited to no support when it comes to this since they are not involved in the repair. If geek squad protection was offered on the product and you purchased it at the time of sale then you could replace it in store but not have it repaired.
