I have been supporting this business for years since it was inside of Walmart and went by Seva. The customer service has gotten worse each time. I have given most of the employees a chance to do my threading and some are more detailed and some are just careless. I know alot of ppl would only stick to one person, but for this reason its fair to say my review reflects the overall experience. In my last visit I requested threading and declined an additional service, after declining the employee threaded 2 more times and was suddenly done. Did not show me the outcome as usual with a mirror, talked in her language and laughed with other employees. As I'm at the counter waiting to pay she is thinking of things to say to make up for the lack of customer service like she is working for an undeserved tip and did not apply any of the coupon codes that I have accrued throughout time, which is fine because I will never come back. There's been way too many incidents that I don't have time to write about on how careless they have been. There are other threading companies nearby that have a better comforting environment with more professional employees.
