Adam is amazing. Who ever lucked up and hired him should get a thank you. His customer service I on another level most will never get to. This is the guy to pay attention to! To my surprise I had to check back in and came across Stephanie. She is another game changer!! Don't sleep on Stephanie because you will miss out on genuine care and concern for your stay!❤️❤️❤️

Outstanding staffs (management, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance). Management cares about clients who are on a long-term stay. The front desk staff (Adam, Stephanie, Paulina) and others I've met and who cover all the shifts are very personable and interact regularly with clients. The housekeeping staff do an amazing job caring for the rooms. The maintenance staff have responded quickly to any repair request.
