Omar, the manager, took great care of me with some specialty printing projects I needed for my business- quick service and excellent quality. It appears that many of the complaints posted here are of the over-worked, under appreciated and often burned out minimum wage workers. Everyone deserves courtesy and benefit of the doubt.

Had a very difficult time trying to print my "Print and Go" documents. The screen on at the printer station was damaged, the USB reader at the station was inoperative, and the cloud connection offered by the printer only accepts OneDrive despite the FedEx website saying that a number of other services like Google Drive were available. I ended up emailing my documents to the print-and-go email address, which was inconvenient not the least because cell signal in the building is weak and the free wifi was slow. When I finally got the print access codes for my documents, the printer itself took several minutes between each document (which were <25 pages each x 5) just to begin to print. What should have been a quick, "print and go" experience for 5 documents took at least 45 minutes to complete from start to finish. I didn't interact with the customer service folks, so they may have been nice, but this technology is not how I remember my previous experience printing at a FedEx. I'll try somewhere else next time.

He got the right one today! Don't let that dictator sitting and playing his video games tell you the fake policies of FedEx.....my first mistake was being nice. But no good deed goes unpunished, right?!

I was the only customer in the store at 10:15am. I was picking up a pre-paid order for custom, poster-sized, signs that were going to be "ready for pickup after 9am". I saw something wrapped in brown paper, ready for pick-up, that appeared to be poster-sized leaning against the wall. I provided the customer name and described the signs. A search ensued. Tube shapes and box shapes and other letter-sized shapes were produced and examined. Both computers were searched multiple times. Names were read to me that I didn't recognize. I pointed to the item that best matched the size and shape of my order. The name on the invoice was read to me. Low-and-behold! Eureka! The same name as the name on my order? And, look, it's the right size and everything!!! I like to think I am patient with service industry employees. Customer service is a tough job. But I was THE ONLY CUSTOMER in the store (it wasn't a busy environment; the employee was far from overwhelmed when I arrived), I gave her the name on the order, twice, and it was THE ONLY THING IN VIEW that fit the description of two, poster-sized, signs! The order was already a day late. I still can't get over the fact that it took 15 minutes to search for the most obvious item in the room. I'm not a complete jerk, I didn't fuss. I thanked her and told her to have a nice weekend. I can't get the utter stupidity of this exchange out of my head - so I am telling you about it here. Good luck! Hope you don't have a deadline!
