The ONLY reason I'm giving this 4 starts and not 5 is the way the price things for sellers. It's a little rough. I realize they need to make money but I had a brand new pair of shoes that sell for $300 and they had never been written and came with extra laces. It is a very reliable big big brand name and they only offered me $18? They said they would price them to sell at $75 so I get right around 25% of sale price?? So that's not good but other than that staff is decent. Not very engaging and friendly but not rude and dismissive either. They have quality stuff and if the pricing was better it would be 5 stars hands down

Mr Right-Now

This store has gone down hill in the past year. The current staff pays more attention to eachother to discuss the latest tik tok videos then the actual customers. And If you plan on selling then be prepared to be there for a bit because they are more interested in swapping stories with other employees then doing things efficient. I had four items to sell and I was there for 45 min while they stopped eachother every 2 minutes to have a discussion about the restaurant they heard about or the people who are following them on their social media. They need to learn how to respect other peoples time.

I've been going to this place on and off for the last decade it's been about 2 years since I've visited it and walked out buying some items it's definitely great for vintage and stuff you can't find an apartment store I don't think and it's convenient and clothes yes it was definitely a nice experience there got to go back and find something for myself because I was buying a gift for my son

Horrible. They stopped selling at 4pm not 5pm. They dont update their information You can wait over an hour at the fillmore location. Usually only one buyer. Not worth it sell your clothes yourself they dont pay much anyway. They offered $2 for a never wore tags still on levis jeans
