Best hardware store I’ve been too. They always have everything I need (including kitchen stuff) and they’re super helpful. A little on the pricier side, but it’s San Francisco, and I like giving them my business.

For such a small store front it's amazing how much product they can accomodate. There has been rare occassion where I have needed to make a run to a large hardware store because Handy Handyman Hardware didn't have what I needed. Everyone is always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all the random home repair, plant stuff, or craft I'm trying to complete. They are super sweet to my dog and always have treats for him and considering the amount of crazy that walks in off the street being the corner of Church and Market, they always have a smile and an awesome disposition. So happy to have a neighborhood hardware store.
