Customer service is excellent. We didn’t pay attention to their hours and showed up 20 minutes after they closed and they were welcoming, wanted to serve us even though they had put everything away for the night. Store was clean, meat was great quality but what really stood out was how happy they were to help us even though they were closing up

I haven't lived in Eugene since 2015, but every time I pass through I make sure I hit this place. The last time was during the COVID pandemic in 2020, so it wasn't the same. The best part of this place is going into the bar/restaurant area for lunch. They have the most amazing and creative lunch sandwiches. The servers got to know me, and knew what I wanted. If a sandwich is awesome, you might need to take a shower afterward. If a sandwich is good, you just need a good hand and face washing. And another thing: when my corporate betters visited, I always made sure they got a Benedetti's reuben for lunch. Multiple people from around the country said "That was the best Reuben I ever had." And two of those betters were from NYC.

There are so many great things to say about Benedettis. If you are lucky enough to walk in while they are cooking sandwiches, you are in for a treat. It smells absolutely incredible. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when busy. The quality of each and every product we have purchased is top-notch in every way. We have asked them via Facebook messages about getting some custom ground products and were responded to in a timely manner with positive messages. Last year we ordered a prime rib roast, and it turned out absolutely amazing. You can see the quality before it was baked in the picture. You will not be disappointed visiting and purchasing at Benedettis!
