My wife and I received a notice that the driver's side airbag had a recall on our Escalade. We brought it in to Huber to be addressed. After we received our vehicle back, the "Service Air Bag" notice and light has been permanently on. We called back, and we were told in an impolite tone that it was not due to anything Huber did, and that we would be charged $175 to even look at the issue, and no promises after that. Moving forward, we will not be doing business with a dealer who views safety recalls as a way to drive service fees. Huber made our vehicle less safe than when we brought it in.
