Can't recommend a service higher for expedited visa processing. I recently needed to get back to Nigeria for my mother's birthday and Ann and Miguel were super helpful in processing my application. They were responsive and clearly laid out options for me as the timeline got tighter and tighter. At the end of the day, my passport with my visa was shipped back two days before I was due to travel and I was set to fly. Highly recommended. Tip: Call the office beforehand to make sure you submit all of your documentation properly (instead of waiting for them to receive it and give you delayed feedback)

I had a family member who was staying in SF and needed to get to Brazil in 2 1/2 weeks. We called around and no one could guarantee an expedited Brazilian visa for her. I called the embassy on her behalf (she is older and not 100% fluent in English) and the next appointment was 4 weeks out! I felt so bad and was scrambling. A quick search online and I found these guys. They made the process so simple for us and took care of everything! I still don't know how they did it but we got her Brazilian Visa in 2 weeks! I was/still am amazed! Bravo!!!

The service here was absolutely exceptional. The office is well-organized, they clearly know what they're doing, and my passport renewal was pushed through 3 days before I expected it. To top it off, the owner was willing to meet me on a Saturday so I could pick it up early. If you're in need a passport / renewal, I could't recommend this place more.

You can apply for a passport card but that cannot be expedited. You will get that in the mail.
Go ask if your passport is usable. Otherwise you need to get one asap. You need 2 weeks get a new passport.

US passport E visa is fastest but you will pay a penalty when you file for renunciation.
You have to file for your renunciation and surrender your Indian passport. In terms of the penalty that also depends on how long you keep your India passport and if you use it after acquiring US citizenship. The penalty amount is not exact and is subjective on the severity of the violation. It can range from $50-$5,000.

Yes you may. Depends how much you owe. In most cases if you are on a payment plan and in good standing with the IRS then you should be fine. But again-this is on a a case by case basis and we do represent or speak on behalf of the IRS.
