Bummed, we had an amazing experience 2 weekends ago and we’re really looking forward to today. Our first experience was amazing, no fat on our brisket and the hot bbq sauce was awesome. Today we came in to the butt of the brisket, all fat and not much meat. 2 brisket dinners that just weren’t very good. We should of waited for a fresh brisket but that wasn’t offered.

Ho ho, a delightful smokey smell greets you as you enter. Cafeteria style and generous portions are fairly priced. Atmosphere is great too, really evokes the western feel. Classic country music in the background completes the package. Right off I5 too, very convenient I you're just passing by. Give 'er a go, pardner!

I had the brisket and the wife had the turkey. Neither had any smoke flavor. The brisket was like the flavorless meat log at a casino buffet. All four sauces were okay. The sides were reminiscent of school cafeteria food. Not bad, but not good either. Prices were reasonable, if the food was good. And then the pinball was broken.
