Bliss Nail is one and only place that I will go to have my nails done! The Service is beyond my expectations. Tracy is amazing. Every time I go and get a fill she knows exactly what I want! Yet she does a great job every time and I'm always leaving the place very happy and satisfied! I've had bad and worst experience with other nail salons. Leaving unhappy, disappointed, upset, sad, angry to only throw away lot of money and not get what you asked for? Well not at Bliss Nail.

This place is so unprofessional. Every single time I’ve made an appointment, I end up waiting for service for at least 20+ minutes. Yesterday, I had an appointment with my little sister at 4:30pm. We were not seen until 5:15pm. That’s way too long to wait, and again isn’t the first time this has happened. They are SO hit or miss. Some of their nail techs are good, some are horrible and also very rude. My nails are way too thick, not the shape I asked for, and just don’t look good. They also broke my little sisters nail then charged her for it, and also cut her finger very badly. She’s only 12. They also gave her an expensive certain type of powder (she didn’t ask for it,) without asking me if it was okay. Her nails ended up being $70 (for a fill!) while mine were $50. It’s not okay to do something like that without them asking.

I have gone here a few times as a walk in and loved my experience everytime. This most recent visit I requested Mia. She was absolutely wonderful, I'd recommend her for anyone who likes natural looking acrylics. She spent time, and put care into her work. Definitely recommend! (Didn't have a photo right after the appointment but this is about a week after and still so beautiful!!)

So, when I first arrived I could tell I was definitely the odd man out. It's a very nice shop, beautiful lights and atmosphere, very clean, and I am very alternative. The person who greeted me definitely made me feel like I shouldn't be there, that I definitely wasn't their usual type of clientele. Getting a full set was a birthday treat to myself and I had been recommended by a customer this salon because her nails were GORGEOUS! I was so excited! I set an appointment with Diana and she was VERY sweet! She made me feel a lot better than whoever initially greeted me. She was very friendly and I feel she is definitely a very skilled technician. However, I don't know if she's ever done pointed nails before. At the end of the day, I do love the nails I got well enough. I always get black with an accent nail and I love the colour of the pink! It's so cute! But their shape and evenness is very very off. I forgive it though simply because Diana was lovely to have do my nails and she was excited about doing them as well. They're also not super tight like I usually experience at nail salons and honestly it hardly feels like I have them on! Technique wise I think she did a wonderful job and her demeanor made me a bit more relaxed than I had initially been when I first arrived. Chances are I will be back, but I'll probably just get coffin nails as those are a bit easier and more the style the salon is used to.
