Love this place. Staff are always friendly, welcome you in unless they're super busy at the register. Prices may be a little higher than some places but I know I will always find what I'm looking for.

Few but great staff at this location. Sadly there were more employees behind the Banfield reception desk gossiping the employees in the store helping customers. Both of the employees I got assistance from were awesome. Highly recommend this location.

I ordered for some canine aspirin to help my four-legged friend with a muscle strain. The app had said that it was in stock but after ordering, it eventually took a few days to come in. Other than that it’s a nice, clean, bright large store with plenty of services including pet grooming and a dog training area with a certified trainer. And the sales associates were helpful and friendly as well.

Excellent service, you can fell a good vibe from the employees and you can find everything you want to your pet. My dog and lizard are happy campers whenever I need to buy food ,bed or any supplies for them! Even life crickets already in a bag for a quick stop buy!
