Unbelievable experience at this store. Went to get an iPhone as an upgrade and long story short the one employee here wasn't a manager so couldn't help us. When he called the manager he wasn't getting the help he needs. Just ridiculous, AT&T is trash

Nathan the store manager is amazing! He works hard to help get things done. We drove there from independence and it was totally worth the drive. I had a bad experience at a corporate store in Salem and Nathan was able to help fix the issue. The first time we were there he even stayed late to make sure phone lines were ported over. Definitely will always go back to this store for all my phone issues and needed help.

Update: Nate who helped me today was very helpful and accommodating. He explained that they try to change their hours on Google but they keep reverting back. That being said, they are a little understaffed but was very pleasant and helpful. Moving to 5 stars. They need to adjust their store hours on google. Google shows they are open until 7, however, they are only open until 5. Wish I knew that before I drove from Newberg.

Came in because my phone wasn’t working properly, Nathan was able to get it working again. He was even able to help me save money on my bill and get a better plan as well! I would definitely recommend this location!!!

I am unable to log into my account. I had to get a different debit card due to hacking so my automatic bill payment was denied. What address do I use to send payment and how much is due? Thank you.
