Jay is very professional and always does a wonderful job with my dog's grooming. He gets down to business while still making sure my desires for my baby are listened to. He is always prompt about letting me know when the grooming is finished. It seems like he is very fond of the animals he grooms, which is very important to me :)

My dog does not Like anyone to touch his feet to clip his nails. I have been to four places in Fullerton and none of them could do the job. I decided to try Petian and Jay had no problem with him at all! I was so pleased and also relieved that I didn't have to keep going to other places. This groomer does an excellent job in a very timely fashion. You're not the least expensive but they're very affordable. And they go out of their way to make everything convenient calling you when your pet is ready. I would recommend this place to NE pet especially small dogs they are very caring to them.
