Here are a few things to consider if you plan to apply to this company or go to their open house hiring event. Pros:  Weekly pay, on Thursdays. Direct Deposit. Pays a few dollars over minimum wage. Cons: There's a background check done by a third party that can take 2-3 weeks. Then it can take Brosnan 1-3 weeks after the background check clears to get a schedule for you. Overall it can take 3-8 weeks to actually start working. But there's no guarantee you'll get a schedule even after waiting all those weeks. If too much time goes by before you get a schedule you'll no longer be in the system and will have to reapply. They do open house hiring events even if there's no jobs they're actually filling. Maybe they'll be filling 1-3 jobs but then will have 20 people show up to the event, and will process most of them as if there's a job for everyone. When I went to their open house I heard 2 office employees questioning why are they doing open houses if there's no jobs available. They were literally telling 4 people about the same 1 position. They'll offer you a job at an open house that will likely be given to someone else. By the time the background checks come back you lost the position to someone else. Do not accept their "Flex Position", unless that's actually what you want. Their flex position basically means they don't have a schedule for you, but they'll call you to cover shifts. They'll low ball you on pay. On indeed their pay for a position will say $21 but on the phone they tell you $19. I had to reapply a 2nd time and there were a few other people in the office that day that were reapplying. It doesn't matter what you applied to or what you think you'll be hired for, dispatch will give you whatever they want to offer. Dispatch will tell you about a new site starting with  full time schedules available but then when the time comes they say they only have part time hours on the weekends.

It's too much to explain, as a customer of BRC they're ok but as an employee of thiers... I'd say find a better company to work for. I worked for them for a couple months and every single paycheck was short and cut back, and even after I found another job and respectfully left they still never paid me the money they owed me. Now it was only a couple hundred dollars but it's the principal and they do it to a lot of their employees, like a lot a lot. Almost everyone I met complained about their pay being messed up. Also this company micromanages and are like a helicopter parent to all their employees, it's very unprofessional. But they are far greater than Allied Universal who are completely unethical in how they perform for their clients.
