Friendly reminder Dave that you’re running a pizza place in a college town, which is typically synonymous with a good time. Many establishments often leave games, books, etc around (much like you did with the guitar) so customers can use them to better enjoy their experience. If you don’t want people touching your guitar, then leave it behind the counter. It’s a part of the decor? Then hang it up and not just toss it in a booth. AND ESPECIALLY, don’t accost, degrade, and belittle patrons for picking up something in your customer facing area. Life’s rough, Dave, we get it, but sometimes you gotta take a deep breath and just be nice. You could have handled this, not very stressful situation, so much better. Better luck next time.

Food was great (wings were delicious and the stromboli was possibly the best in town), service was slow but good (our waitress was wonderful and it sounded like she had to advocate for our food to get made). Owner complained most of the time we were there about how much he has to pay his employees (in front of his employees), and really shot himself in the foot with the 3.5% credit card surcharge. This created an unnecessary negative experience (1.5% or even 2% would be understandable, as that is more in line with credit card processing fees, but 3.5% is exorbitant and unnecessary). Two waters, wings and a stromboli for two people cost us $60.

Make a reservation or order online before you go. No one wants to work during COVID so there were only 3 staff in the entire restaurant. Even with the staff shortage the service was great and the food didn't take as long as expected due to the shortage. Super delicious. Large portions. Will definitely be going there again!!

What are the Covid safety practices like here?

We have a 50% capacity as well as following other state mandated policies. Have dividers between our counter and public as well as 1 in the dining room we keep tables separated and disinfectant tables and other surfaces. We have to go customers call in orders or order online to keep people 8n the restaurant at a minimum. If patrons come in and order they are asked to return to pick up the order when finished. We wear masks in the dining room and ask that our customers also wear them unless seated. All this being said I hope to God this ends soon as it has taken a huge economic toll on myself and my business. I'll be paying back money that kept us open for decades. This has also been 5he most stressful experience I've ever dealt with which is saying alot. I been through the ringer to keep this place going and when I though that I made it through my adverse challenges, this covid happened. Just thought I'd share what so many others have also gone through. Thanks to all who support us a
