Like some others here I also had a rude customer service encounter at my last visit. I took an Amazon return in and commented that I still have not gotten used to the process meaning that it is so much easier then it used to be. Maybe I was not clear enough in what I meant, but the young man at the desk retorted "Well, you better! It's not going to get any easier!". I don't think he quite understood what I was saying, but it still went over as less-than-appropriate to talk down to customers in any context. I opted to say nothing so as not to escalate anything. Younger people really need to understand that how you treat customers does stand out and does get remembered. Hopefully experience will remedy this.
