Said they were open Saturday. I showed up and they weren't.

I checked out the photo centers website and saw that they were closed for holidays. I consulted the website the weekend before Columbus Day on Saturday and it listed that they were open , and mentioned nothing about closed for the Columbus Day holiday which by the way is on the next Monday. I arrived there shortly after noon time and the doors were locked. Another person was also waiting there. I figured maybe they were out for lunch plus there was no closed sign on the door. The other person soon left but was going to come back later. Meanwhile four other people came to get their photo id renewed. After a 45 minute wait outside the door I saw someone inside and I knocked to get them to open. I asked her to check the photo centers office upstairs, which she did. She said they had a sign on the door that said closed for Columbus Day holiday. Wow! Really helpful a sign on a door in an up stairs office where no one could see because of a lock door on the first floor. Would have been nice if the website was updated properly for specific days and/or a closed sign on the inside of the locked door. A lot of people wasted time that was not necessary.

Only open Fridays and Saturdays. Like people can take off work to go get their photo taken. Then closed on Saturday for a holiday that's on a Monday. When they're not even open on Mondays anyways.
