I am putting this on every H&R Block site local to me!! Just finished up an absolute horrific experience over like $48!! Patricia is completely incompetent, along with most of the rest of them!! Received a notice from the state that I owe due to an inaccurate return from 2018, upon looking into it we found out that it was due to a mistake made by H&R Block. Two times I was assured the situation was resolved only to again get another statement from the state saying I owe $48. Went to another branch on Stuyvesant where unfortunately this lady took the brunt of my anger and told me I was supposed to put the money out and I will get reimbursed from H&R Block because interest is going to accumulate. Are you freaking kidding me, they made a mistake they should be paying the state. Also, where am I getting my interest from for the money I have to put out due to their error?? I understand that most employees there are failed accountants that just couldn’t hack it in the real world, but this is ridiculous!!
