Great experience! They got me in same day on a Saturday and fixed my Serpentine Belt, so I wouldn’t be stranded in PA because I’m from MA. They were quick, kind, and accommodating. If I happen be there again, I know where to go!

Gave me a battery replacement for 500 dollars. Waited to tell me the price of the battery replacement until I took my keys out of my car and could not get it started again because I didn't have jumper cables and the battery is dead. Also, didn't tell me that they wouldnt be able to replace the battery that same day until I had turned off my car, making it so I had to walk 20 minutes home from their shop. Felt taken advantage of because I was a younger customer, and would recommend a friend to drive to Canada to get even their inspection sticker renewed before going to Kost Tire
