Hoarders and dumpster divers living in some units constantly in the dumpsters making and leaving messes. Creating bugs and wild rodents . Renters trying to run the place smell of dope fills the air. Certain board members need to be replaced .Motions need to be addressed and finalized in a timely manner. (Not 2 years.) This is my opinion. Never live in a HOA Community.
