I LOVE about Orange Theory: that every workout is a little bit different every time, The Coaches are as supportive on the not so good days as they are celebratory on the PR days, the front desk staff are also cheerful & helpful, even at 5am and the facilities are always clean and ready to use.

I have never stuck to a gym and routine as long as I have at orange theory. I usually get bored and switch it up or just stop going. Everyone needs to sign up cuz this place is amazing!!!

Such a fun workout and great staff and coaches at Eugene's Orange Theory! I've been to several other locations and always love coming back to our great folks in Eugene. It's the best! The Orangetheory workout is interesting, always different, and it's as challenging as you want it to be. The whole jibe is inspiring. I feel strong and healthy because of my Orange Theory workouts. I admit that when a former running buddy (we were both suffering injuries from running) encouraged me to join, I thought it sounded hokey. I was so wrong. It's a blast and I feel stronger and healthier than when I was running six miles three to four times a week.

I usually avoid gyms and workout classes because I end up feeling embarrassed. However, I had a totally great experience at Orange Theory. In fact, I liked it so much I got a membership. Everyone working here is supportive and non-judgmental. They go out of their way to make sure new people understand the workouts, and check in if you are struggling. Overall, I highly recommend trying this out. Especially if you are someone who feels intimidated or nervous at the thought of a gym or fitness class. The atmosphere is positive, and they make it a safe place to learn new skills and start from zero.
