Great place with a lots of exercise equipment. Massage chairs king of old and would be nice to be upgraded but they still work good. Only negative thing was lack of hot water in the shower. That's why I only left four stars. Front desk technicians was great and nice and very helpful. They should get a raise!!!

Great gym for a great price, but use caution with the parking lot. Just had my car broken into, and they don’t have security cameras all throughout the parking lot.

If you want to use a treadmill then this place is fine. If you want a weightlifting and strength training gym look elsewhere, I can never use the free weights or squat racks/cable machines because they are overcrowded 90% of the time meaning I can only get a 1/3 of my workout in my hour timeslot. App is not accurate for showing how many people are here daily and 7am to 7pm weekend hours are inconvenient.

I love coming here. It's amazing for a nice relaxing time and then perfect for a workout on the harder days. I had to edit my review and thank you for reminding me but I should not have to pay $1.00 for a mask when I forget one when I already pay the gym membership and you guys are requiring masks... It really steered my husband and I away and don't really want to come to the gym that charges us for something they are requiring.

I had a similar thought ... Hot water and soap = clean
If you are a black card member, they are available when ever the gym is open.
You also can go to River Road Parks and recreation and for $3.50 you can take a shower

Thank you for the question, Melissa! At Planet Fitness, we use a multi-purpose disinfectant spray for sanitation and cleaning tasks, and for sanitizing the high-touch areas throughout the club. We have a team member conduct a full club walk-around to focus on sanitizing and cleaning every 20 minutes, the club is deep cleaned daily, and certain areas like the locker rooms are deep cleaned multiple times per day. We do encourage all members to do their part as well, by spraying and wiping down machines before and after each use, using the available sanitization stations located through the club. Our top priority is your health and safety and we're doing everything we can to ensure that the club is clean and sanitary.
My app says midnight, so in about 20 minutes from now, but that may not be true tonight due to the holiday.
They are enforcing it because not everyone has gotten a vaccination, and you can still carry it if you are vaccinated.
Hey Tim. Thanks for reaching out. That is an excellent question. We recommend reaching out to a member of staff. They may have a closer approximate answer.
Hi Sarah, thank you for reaching out. This location is closed due to a state ordinance. Don't worry, while your club is closed, we've got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while your club is closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when your club reopens for any unused days for which you have previously paid. If you would like to cancel during the closure, you may send a cancellation letter. Please include your name as it appears on your membership agreement, your intent to cancel, a physical signature, and a contact email/phone number in case your club has further questions. This should be addressed directly to your home gym. While we recommend certified mail in order for you to receive a delivery confirmation/proof of sending the letter, you may simply send first class mail and follow up with your club once they reopen.
Hi, friend! We'd hate to see you go, but we understand. Cancellations can be done in person at the club you're a member of or by sending a signed letter to your home club. No need to make it certified, simply putting a letter in the mail would suffice. If you would like to have a delivery confirmation of your letter, you are welcome to send it as certified mail. We do this as we require a signature in order to cancel: pla.fit/covid19
Yes. But I dont think free.
Thank you for reaching out. Some clubs may implement modified hours during this time in order to comply with local mandates and to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our PF family. We will list hours on our club page on the PF website, so please stay tuned for updates. If you have any questions or concerns regarding hours or policies, please reach out to your home club!
No day passes, but If you know someone with a black card membership they are allowed to bring 1 guest per day.
No.
Planet Fitness is for most ages; however, bringing children is not recommended, as they can't use the machines/equipment safely. While I don't know exact ages, I can imagine that a 13 year old probably has the maturity to at least treat the equipment with respect, and could probably go.
$21.99 per month plus an annual fee of $39
Why are you contacting a public q and a sight that is about rating this company. This isn't the format for your TP complaint. Talk to them directly and not here.
No pool :( hoping maybe in the future though. It's a really nice gym.
