Ashleigh was my consultant and I had a great experience. She had such a fun personality that she had us all laughing and there was no awkwardness at all. She did a great job helping us find the things we needed and listening to our concerns. Sofia also helped us out at the end of the experience when I couldn’t get the dress I wanted for my maid of honor and saw my whole wedding come crashing down 😂 She helped us find a different option that would work and did a wonderful job listening to my feelings and helping me feel better. (If you guys are reading this, I’m sorry for my panicky moment when I had to change my maid of honors dress) All in all, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them

I worked with Anna, and she was amazing. She was so encouraging and kind, and I really felt like she helped me to figure out what I liked and was looking for. She was so bubbly and invested in the process that I couldn't help but be excited right off the bat, even though I really am not a shopper. She didn't rush or pressure me in any way, and she was able to read my body language and knew almost before I did which dresses I loved. An expert in reflecting back the feelings she was getting from me and helping me through the decision making process. On the whole, I felt like David's Bridal has an awesome selection at really reasonable prices, would totally recommend!

Amy Heath is the operations manager in Eugene, OR and I can’t thank her enough! I had purchased a dress I no longer felt was flattering or made me feel beautiful. I came in to let Amy know my concerns and she helped me find the perfect one in such a short notice! Not only was she understanding, she was honest and very helpful. I came in with no family or friend to help guide my choice and she stayed by my side to make sure I left feeling happy. I feel like she saved my wedding and helped my dreams come true!! She picked out this dress for me & it couldn’t of been more perfect for the day!

Customer service and connection is currently a lost art with the exception of David's Bridal in Eugene. I was in town for 24 hours and decided to visit the store to look for a wedding dress. Camile was kind, helpful, patient and welcoming. She pulled the dress I ended up choosing, which was a style I would've never picked on my own. When there was a mix-up in communication, Kari, the manager, was amazing. She went above and beyond to rectify the situation and ensure I was happy with the resolution. I cannot recommend this location enough!
