So happy I called Paulsons. Shawn was very patient with all my questions and we came up with a detailed plan for TV services in 3 different rooms. He was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable . Nate and Robbie came to do the installation. What a superior team! They worked diligently until 10 pm to finish 3 installations and train me on how to operate them. I really appreciate their patience and stellar customer service.

Hello Dawn, we are an authorized dealer and can help coordinate repair. We have a local servicer, Gibsons TV 586-774-9730, who is an authorized servicer for Denon. Otherwise you can bring it to us and we can test and verify and then help coordinate repair.
