(TLDR): Beware! Not a student, but I went here to take a written exam. The instructor was disrespectful and disruptive during the exam. They made it a hostile environment. Be mindful of your treatment here. But, the waiting time was short, and I passed! That's a plus. (Full breakdown): Going in, my group was immediately told to sit down. There was not even a "hello". He never even stated his name. A large sum of people I entered with were turned away for not having an ID. So, this school may have issues communicating the exam requirements. I figured it was just a rocky start. The exam itself went okay at first, and then it declined. Final grades and negative comments were spoken loudly and frequently, with clear intent. There is no attempt to maintain a quiet and fair testing environment. Unless you're the first person done, prepare to finish a 40 question exam with constant and loud negative comments. It was terrible for everyone there, teens and adults alike. The most memorable comment was during my exam. The instructor asked a person if they "got hit in the head with a shovel" upon their exam completion. I don't understand why he thought this was appropriate to say, to anyone. While grading my exam, the instructor stated "Well, I guess *some* people didn't study today". I ended up hardly passing my exam on my first try. I'm proud because I worked through my learning disability, memorized facts for months, and then I passed. My joy was almost taken, because my hard work was seen as the equivalent of not studying at all. I guess passing is only good in their eyes if you 100% the exam. I was not given any feedback either. I was just given a paper basically saying "I passed" and was sent on my way. None of the testers who passed were congratulated, either. There was no enthusiasm, interest, or care which makes me question why the instructor is even working here at all. That experience was disrespectful to everyone. It was hard to focus. Try not to let those instructors get you down, because theyll sure try to. I honestly have no idea how this behavior is even tollerated coming from a grown adult like that. But, the wait times were minimal and I did get the test completed, even though the instructor was disruptive..
Life change wonderings
I did my driver test and they where very polite and professional. The place was clean and they have the best price in town. I rec amend to go here if you need to take your tests for your license.

I took a friend over to B & B Driving School, across from Shadle Park High School, to get her driving test. I found the instuctors to be punctual, kind and professional.

Mr. Dave Mauel is an excellent instructor. He adapts his techniques to meet individual students needs and personalize each drive to fit each student’s experience level and what they need to improve upon. He incorporates many fun elements into his drives and draws upon his personal experiences to help connect with his students. He is a joy to be around and I had a great time on my drives with him. He really brightens up drivers ed and brought an element of fun to each drive.

Is B&B driving test open
You have to be 15 1/2 to enroll in the course and 16 to get your license, from what I understand.
City roads and highway so you can demonstrate knowledge some may not take you on the highway but you definitely have to parallel park and demonstrate city traffic knowledge not empty country roads
No. Essentially you go around that neighborhood. Learn to parallel and corner park the road leaving the parking lot. Also know your hand signs. You got this!
Yes you can take the test bring a mask and your own car it has to be licensed and insured in somone elses name and you have to bring peoof of that.
For B&B students the written test is given on the last day of your class. For all others, the weekly schedule is publicly posted on the door next to the class information sheets.
Past DOL written tests are valid for one year from the date taken.
