Had a great experience with Arnold at Northwest. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to 'hold my hand' and guide me through their various services and field any questions I had. As I sat here typing up this review I received a call from Ty at Northwest confirming the information I'd submitted online less than 10 minutes ago and explaining the various services to be provided. Very smooth and pleasant experience all around. I'd certainly recommend the Northwest crew to friends and family looking for a registered agent service!

This Company is so welcoming. I live in a very remote area, was having some difficulty signing on. The Company number popped up. I called, and step by step My Dear Sweet MADISON directed me through the process. I felt welcomed and so calmed during the process. All my questions were answered. Madison God Bless you. Stellar customer experience with both the product(s)/service(s) and the team. I signed up 12 months ago and feel like I know the team a lifetime. While every touchpoint has been great, my most recent experience with Amber stands out as one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had...ever. Any new business owner can attest to the onslaught of nervous emotions whirling around amidst the excitement. Well amidst my excitement the CA Secretary of State needed additional info on my business. Amber not only solved my problem (didn't know which document to file, to whom, by when, and where I could find it) but eased my angst simultaneously. We proactively browsed the net 'together' from our respective locations and her guidance enabled the successful completion and submission of my required documents. At one point, we both questioned few fields in the form and through her swift-thing ingenuity, she engaged another member on her team in real-time who chimed in and helped us navigate a gov. form and website. Amber is A+ talent... emotionally intelligent, savvy, and finds answers to problems she doesn't know, on-the-fly. She humbly credits, in large-part, her 'can-do' attitude and delightful disposition on the phone to working for and with "such an amazing company". We had called in twice to ask a lot of questions before signing on with Northwest. We spoke with Zach and Arnold, both were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They actually made the conversations enjoyable and we were discussing business information. Arnold was ESPECIALLY knowledgeable and fielded our many questions with ease. He made it clear and easy to get the ball rolling with our business set up and made clear the MANY benefits of going with Northwest. We started with LegalZoom and switched to Northwest after we found better support, customer service, and benefits with Northwest. Thank you Arnold and Northwest RA!
