Very well maintained trailer park. This trailer park provides nice lush grassy yards, paved roads & driveways & a slow speed limit for families with children. It also has a swimming pool for people who live in the park to enjoy during the summer months.

Disturbing management! The woman who spoke with my sister about an inquiry on pet policy yelled at her and hung up. My sister was very polite and soft spoken. The response she got was unwarranted. We won't be buying an home in Camelot.

I have Lived in Camelot Esates for 4 years and have worked on a lot of other homes in other parks in the area and Camelot is the best. The management does a Excellent job Ensuring that the park is nice and well-kept. They have guide lines that insure the curb appeal of the park as well as protect the community, such as back ground checks , and the number of Pets that are allowed . I have always felt safe with my kids out side and neighbors are friendly and look out for each-other.
