First my stylist was 15 minutes late, not a great start. I wanted highlights and a couple low lights. The instructor B was helping her. My appt was at 1230, didn't start until 1245. At one point she left me at the sink for 20 minutes to mix the toner. After waiting 20 minutes I stood up and she was helping some girl with her manequin head She came finally, put the toner on and my hair turned out orange. The other instructor came over and told B what she had done wrong. She added some foils, I left with my hair soaking wet as I had been there for 3 1/2 hours for a partial highlight. Will never go back. Hair is darker now then before I went in with orange tones in it. Get what you pay for.

I truly enjoy my time at Aveda. Neddie at the front desk is always helpful with a big smile. Denelle is very, very talented and does an exceptional job with my hair. Dainy is one of a kind and I am so grateful to have found her. My nails have never looked as good. My time at Aveda is special because of these special people.
