Good neighbors, never any problems, people are friendly, caring and considerate. Quiet neighborhood. We Like the management, its close to everything and freeway..big park area for kids or dog walking or activities... Its a trailer park but its not the bad that ive read or what people say that it is. Never had anything stolen or anything like that... Cant complain!

Are there any reasonable trailers to rent for living quarters? Is there a lot fee as well as rent? Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Some are privately owned but most are for rent thru the rental connection in cda
How much for rent for 2bd 1 ba and how much for lot fee
Do you have vacancies to add additional mfg. homes and if so how new do they have to be?
Call rental connection and they usually know what's available
No not anymore as far as I know . My row has recieve notice to vacate without warnin . I have been here 3 years without incident and I dnt bother anyone I had no problem and they r making me uproot and move without explanation. I would not recommend this place to anyone . There is not one once of compassion or decency with this company. They don't care about they're tenants . And they don't maintain their properties. Slum lords for sure
