I recently joined Black Goat Fitness, and it is by far the most supportive fitness atmosphere I’ve ever been in. From the coaches, to honestly everyone. Everyone encourages and pushes each other to better themselves. Ethan, Naomi, and Addison are excellent coaches who really tune in to what each person needs during class, especially for newbies like me with lots to learn lol. Salem (The owner) also reached out to me when I joined to welcome me, offer excellent resources, and see if I needed anything. Very excited I chose Black Goat Fitness to better my body and mind. 10/10 would recommend!🙌🏻 Keep up the fabulous work guys!

I’m loving this place! Every time I walk in, I’m greeted by a friendly trainer who knows my name. The workouts are tailored so that anyone can do them no matter your fitness level, which was really important to me when deciding to join. I love the fact that the trainers are teaching you how to perform the lifts correctly before having you add weight. All around I couldn’t ask for a better experience, just wish I would have joined sooner. I can’t wait for the next class!

CrossFit Post Falls is a community which is dedicated to fulfilling the goal of being a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. The second you walk in the door you are welcomed into the community and encouraged in your efforts to reach that goal: that goal which was the underlying reason you walked through the door in the first place whether you realized it or not. And you will be amazed at how far you can go with such awesome coaches that are dedicated to helping you reach the highest levels of fitness and health that you are willing to go to; with a huge emphasis on doing it safely/correctly.
