The people are always so nice and helpful when I come in🙂. I've been to different ones in different county's when moving and these so far were the nicest people 😇

While the website says they are open, the actual office is closed due to new covid variant. Strange considering vaccines were give to DSHS staff, and they say it works and we still have to wear mask which work, right? So which is not working, the shots or masks? How can they accept extra money from the government for being front line workers, if the office is never opened for face to face?

This is a smaller office and, as such, you receive immediate attention and assistance which I truly appreciate. If you need an appointment, you're given one usually the following day. Get there first thing in the morning, the office opens at 8 a.m., and you'll be able to have a same day appointment, which is very refreshing. The staff is courteous, professional and efficient. Being new to the valley, the staff has gone above and beyond, doing their best to answer my questions and lend assistance.

They just did for someone sleeping on my couch....apparently Trent is the only walk in location open
It's outside to the left of the double doors. Kinda looks like a mail drop box. Be sure everything is in a sealed envelope and your case number is on every document and on the envelope. Have a good day! Hope this helps.
The Spokane Valley office on Trent is not open. However, they have a drop box outside they check often.
Yes
If you need a new EBT card you can call the contact center and have one mailed to your address of record. Replacement cards are not issued in the office.
You can't right now. They accepted extra pay to be considered front line workers, were a priority for the shots, but still don't see anyone in person.
Ask to see their state identification
Follow the directions on the form on your own computer or you can go to the dshs office on Trent and use the one's there.
Yes, if you are active on food benefits
U don't need a blood pressure pill to get an ID. To get an ID, take ur birth certificate to licensing for driver's licenses and ID's. Pay the fee and they will do the rest.
Eligibility is determined by DSHS so you apply through their website or Apple Health
