Pro: clean, nice budget hotel Con: definitely not a 4 star, bathrooms are small with no ventilation, housekeeping is not helpful. I left my gold bracelet in the room on a very visible spot on the counter and left 2 messages asking about it. They never responded.

ZERO. My sister and I booked 3 nights at this hotel on South Spaulding. It was absolutely disgusting. Checked in at the typical office “desk” (junk on floor) when you enter and went immediately to check out room. No one offered to assist with our luggage. (In our 70s) The hotel appeared very worn, old, and not to have not been updated in 50 years. (The outside appearance was nice)The smell was sickening and literally intolerable. I went back to the check-in and said it would be impossible to stay in the room. They sent me to another room on a different floor. SAME conditions. I returned to the check-in and told them the room was the same and asked for my money back. I was told they would but it would take 10 days! My sister and I immediately began searching for another hotel and left. No one offered to help get a taxi or Uber.

Joshua and the staff are great here and very hospitable, it's great getting back to the US and being treated with such good customer services. This place is really nice, clean, and highly recommended it's within walking distance of lots of places and very quiet for those trying to relax.

This use to be my favorite hotel in Beverly Hills. I have stayed numerous times but this stay was horrible. I understand COVID has changed things but the rooms had a horrible smell, filthy carpet, furniture and lighting falling apart, bedding stained and torn and the hall ways were lined with dirty dishes that were there day and night causing a disgusting smell in the halls as well. I asked to change rooms (which is such an inconvenience) only to find similar issues with the next room. I checked out and went to another hotel the next day. I called to speak to the General Manger- Drew Berry on 3 different occasions. He never returned my calls. I hate writing bad reviews but this hotel has deteriorated to the point of no return. At least they could clean it. It needs a major renovation but they could clean the carpets, figure out the smell that other people have written about make sure the halls are clean. Do not stay at this hotel until you check out a room for yourself.

May I recommend the breakfast? I had an amazing bowl of oatmeal and excellent cup of coffee. I think they even gave me a second cup in a takeout cup. It's been several months but I remember it started my day right!
I would give them a call they are very helpful. You can also go on there website and see if they have any suites available.
