We visited during slower hours during a road trip via drive through. Our order was missing items and food was put in half wrapped and upside-down falling all over the bag. We went to the front door to get the order fixed but it was only open for drive through. So we had to go through the drive through again. The staff was EXTREMELY apologetic, so so nice, and quick to try to fix the meal. Unfortunately the food that was replaced was not completed before packed up. My guess is they are under staffed.

Terrible been out of Mexican Pizzas for bout the whole time they have bought back the Mexican pizza and they close way to early and I really don't understand why they close earlier than any taco bell I ever been to might as well close for good in my opinion

Taco Bell had their credit card machine down and only accepted cash. Now I'm stuck in line with no way to get out of here. Stuck. Hungry. Tired. And now Mad. Thanks for the "free" drink offer, but no thanks. I'm hungry not thirsty!

The Staff is Awesome and always Friendly! I have never gone into Taco Bell and Not be acknowledged! They are very attentive and will go out of their way to give the customer a positive experience regardless of the job they are performing. Management Training definitely shows in this Restaurant and I will continue to Recommend this Restaurant to Everyone because the Customer Service is Really above and beyond the job description and it's absolutely impossible to have a bad experience with the Team/Crew here because Management has really excelled in their training/Teamwork and it definitely shows and that's why I enjoy dining here! Thanks to Staff and Management for always going out of their way to make my visits memorable and impressionable.
