Well not so great. The McChicken was like a stick of wood! I have never seen one so dry and hard. Upside,the tea was good. And this was at lunch time.

Mobile order. Took a bit longer than the usual at any McDonald's, but no problem it was 10 instead of 5. However, there was a bus load of college students inside. So yeh, it took a bit longer. The fries were hot, the double cheeseburger excellent. 5 stars

Nice that you lobby is open. I appreciate that very much, but your food would taste better if it was served hot. Also for the number of people working, it didn't make sense that it took almost 20 minutes for us to get our order. Don't know that I will be back any time soon.Thanks for the feedback, Kevin. I agree that just being open isn’t good enough. I expect hot food and excellent service for all our guests. I will coach my team and we will do better!

We do temperature checks and a health screening on every employee before they clock in. We sanitize all high-touch surfaces every half hour. We wash hands at least once an hour. All employees wear masks, gloves, and social distance during their shifts.
I apologize for your wait time. I am working with this location on speed and in the coming days and weeks you should see a noticeable improvement. As for the mobile app, I am not sure what the issue is. Your order sounds ideal to skip the line and do curbside pickup. Have you tried checking for updates in the App Store or Google Play? Also, make sure the location is correct and confirm that you are at the restaurant when you arrive. If you are still having trouble, please ask a manager at the restaurant if they can help you.
They are slow. Just hope their being slow helps get you the right order.
