Clean hotel with excellent service and continental breakfast was wonderful. The staff was super attentive and Erin was phenomenal adding a personable touch to all that she does and was so sweet to our baby! They even had fresh-baked cookies for the win. It was the best hotel we have been to in a while.

Husband and I checked in and went to our room before bringing in our luggage. At first the room seems clean until you look closely. The room was not clean. The bed had other peoples hair in it, sinks had toothpaste residue, tub not clean. We were given a different room with the same problems but the sheets on the bed were inside out and had stains in it. The carpet had crumbs by the bed. The workers said this is not the first time and they have had problems with their fellow coworkers with cleaning rooms. We decided to leave.

We were heading to Albany NY from Dallas Tx. It was getting late and we stopped at Carrolton KC and randomly checked in at the Holiday Inn. The clean hotel and the pool was an awesome treat (compared to a really dirty motel at a truck stop in Weatmemphis AR). We loved the bed and slept really well. The linen and mattress were top quality. The coffee and hot breakfast was also a treat!!! Recommend this hotel to anyone. Spend a few more bucks more and not worry about sleeping on bed with possibly bugs.

Even though the hotel was almost full it was very quite! the bed was comfortable and the hot breakfast was amazing, we had bacon and sausage, cheese omelet and scrambled eggs the Cinnabon rolls were amazing!!
