Positive: The front desk lady was nice when I checked in Negative: The top blanket was dirty. Maybe it was stained either way I was not sleeping with it. The pillow cases had not been changed. Went and got new also dirty. Went to store bought new and slept with sister in her bed. on clean sheets, blanket and pillows

Disgusting hard beds hard pillows just gross all the way around!!! This is by far the worst hotel in Carrollton! Super 8 would be better than this!

Roaches. I could not imagine roaches inside a motel in such a cold climate and this time of year. One on the floor that got away and one in the blow dryer of which landed in my hair. No excuse or apology can compensate for my experience. I was and still am livid. I returned to the same location in Carrollton KY to retrieve an item I left behind 10 days earlier and lodging for the night on Jan 28.. I also considered making this my "go to place" when I travel from TN to MI. I will no longer consider Carrollton KY

We walked in the hotel and had to wait around 15 minutes for someone to even get to the front desk. When the front desk lady finally came in from outside she wasn’t wearing any shoes. We should have known then to just turn around and find another place to stay. We checked in and headed up the stairs, the smell of the carpet in the halls was awful. We got into our room and checked the bed for bedbugs, this is the first thing we do when staying anywhere new. And of course, BEDBUGS!! We told the lady at the front desk and she was just as grossed out as we were. She told us she couldn’t give us a refund and we would have to call back and speak to her manager. I called the following Monday to speak to the manager and she was very unprofessional. She told us it was unlikely that we would get a refund and that i could talk to the owner. I called back on the day she said the owner would be there and ended up speaking to the manager again, not the owner. She had a nasty attitude and told me that i would not be getting a refund for a room we couldn’t even sleep in! She also informed me that they let people stay in the same room we were going to stay in on the following night. Gross!! They do not care about the health and safety of there guests. Over all, the reviews for this hotel are misleading. If you want bedbugs, a dirty room and unfriendly employees, this is the place to go!

Can you get an 11am check in?

Check in time is around 3, check out is 11 am. They might give you leeway depending on how full it is, but that's on a case by case basis. Usually if you have a reservation, you'll check in close to 3pm local time.
