Breakfast buffet on a Sunday. There was no milk available during breakfast, so no cereal or milk for oatmeal. We had small kids who wanted milk to drink. It seems that the manager could run to Walmart and get milk. The spoons were sitting in a holder above a basin filled with dirty water (maybe used as a food warming station, and not emptied/cleaned from the days prior?) No fresh fruit of any kind. There was oatmeal, but it was already loaded down with sweetener, and again, no milk available or fresh fruit for it. No butter sitting out. The coffee was $2.50 and not good. The bacon and biscuits were good. If we stay at general butler again, we will probably eat elsewhere.

Had the Sunday lunch buffet. Good variety of meats, vegetables, salads, and desserts for $16. Iced tea was an additional $2.50 with free refills. Service was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed the views of the park and surrounding area. I don't eat at buffet style restaurants very often but this was nice. I believe you can order from the menu if you're not interested in the buffet.

Disappointing... We were only offered the buffet, and the food seemed like it had been setting for hours. They weren't busy and the waitress only came to our table to say "buffet, what do you want to drink" dropped off our drinks and then brought us our check.

Monday lunches are always tasty. The crisp fall air and beautiful views were lovely! Had a great program with Eagle Creek Winery! Very nice day thanks to Suzanne Piper Beards who set up the program!
