Priest Lake has several Units that are accessible for the public. Indian Creek is the first of two units on the Eastside of this clean beautiful mountain lake. It has 93 campsites from no hookups to to hookups with water, electricity, and sewer. There are cabins and many water activities and areas for outdoor recreation. The store and park service amenities are rich and stocked with supplies for all camping needs. The Lionhead Unit is another dozen or so miles north with a more rustic setting but it too has a nice littler camping area at a less used location as the last three miles is unpaved. It is very tranquil and less utilized. If lake areas and activities are a desire then Priest Lake is a little slice of heaven.

I’m glad Idaho doubled rates for out of state campers have lived in Idaho for 20 plus years and can never get a reservation in parks Idaho residents pay taxes to keep them open. Lions head campground is always fully booked all summer you are only supposed to stay like 14 days but out of state campers are using different names a moving from site to site and see same people in campground for a month park rangers turn a blind eye to this and this is another reason local campers can not get reservations in our own campgrounds.

Great place to relax while camping, fishing, boating. Activities for the kids includes shows at the amphitheater, 9 hole disc golf, basketball court, Beach side playground. Just be careful with food around the prairie dogs and chipmunks

Incredible place. Just awesome. At night there were a billion stars in the sky and you can see the beautiful Milky Way. No WiFi or cell but that made it even more enjoyable.

Yes. They work and they are available for everyone's disposal
Depending on what site and what time of year it's between $15-$35.
You want to go to the Idaho side near Wally
If you are wanting to camp between Memorial Day and Labor day it is very unlikely you will be able to get a site as a walk in. Reservations are virtually required during that time. I would recomend visiting the reservation website www.reserveamerica.com to see about any available sites.
$5 per vehicle or bike in for free. You can also opt for a $40 annual pass good for all Idaho State Park day use and get $5 off camping.
I dont believe there is a max limit.
Was told you are not allowed to "ride around" inside the park but you can go in and out of the park in an utv/atv...however last time I was there people were in them all over the place...
Its probably a couple miles driving up forest service rd and about a half mile hike.
Whats the campground that you think would best fit teenagers for activities? I have a rv and a boat
