My wife has celiac and requires a no gluten diet. We like to go to Carl's Jr because they offer a lettuce wrap hamburger. We ordered one regular one lettuce wrap third pound original. As we were driving away we noticed they forgot the lettuce wrapped Burger. When we came back to the drive-thru as the inside was closed due to staffing restrictions we advised that we did not get our lettuce wrap Burger. We were then told they could not offer a lettuce wrap burger at that time. We settled for a regular 1/3 lb Burger with bun. When I came to the window I advised the young lady that knowing that they couldn't offer lettuce wrap would have been helpful the first time around. she said yeah and turned her back to us and left not even apologizing for not giving us our Burger the first time. Probably not going back.

*PLEASE DON'T REPLY TO THIS POST!! Food's way too greasy for seniors because of "Old-school" cooking method of deep-frying! I'd like to see all fast-food chains switch to air-frying! Their doing do will seriously increase their customer base!!

Very friendly Staff. And food was delicious! Our SanteFe Charbroiled Chicken sandwiches were cooked just right. And buns were perfect softness and tasty. We both had large fresh pieces of lettuce! Was like the Carl's Jr huge sandwiches of years ago.

I've dined in and and went through the drive through and both times were quick and good. I've had things like cheeseburgers, waffle fries, chicken nuggets, and sausage and cheese biscuits. Everything was good for a fast food restaurant. It had flavor and was hot. The veggies used were crisp and fresh. Our order was correct also. I'd go back again, great prices and deals too. The place was also clean.
