BEWARE The store staff try to upsell everything. They will never give you the cheapest option for what you want, and if you ask, they are dodgy. I went in this morning to mail 5 printed docs. Simple envelope and letter. With tracking, he was charging me $10+ when on a normal envelope with tracking, it would be less than $2. Pathetic.

Been to this location twice in a month. Both times I arrived at 8am when they state on their sign, website and answering machine that they open. My first time someone showed up at 8:15am this morning I’m still waiting for the store to open…. It’s 8:22am. Very disappointed. You have a lot of people waiting.

Need to return a package, followed instruction to pack it, came here, waited a little, there were two before me. The actual work was pretty simple: gave her the package, she scanned it, printed a receipt for me, and took the package. Nice and friendly here. Sure, face mask is required to enter, as expected.

9/13/15 This is a really small store in the Countrywood Shopping Plaza. Honestly, I've probably driven past it a million times going between Safeway and Artie's Countrywood Lounge, but it didn't immediately come to mind when I was looking up UPS store locations yesterday. I went in to drop off an overnight priority package that was already sealed, addressed, labeled, and ready to go. I didn't really want to wait in line just to drop it off so I walked up to the front and asked where I should place the package. The service wasn't super friendly and I felt a little uncomfortable just setting it on the counter like I was instructed, as the girl walked away. If there isn't a bin to put a letter sized package in, perhaps the girl could've just taken it in her hand. Either way, it was nice to find a drop-off location that hadn't picked up their overnights by 11 a.m. on a Saturday.
