Do not ever go there for notary services. Went to get a form notarized and apparently they didn’t fill it out properly. Got sent away from the Sam Francisco passport officer saying ‘whoever notarized this for you doesn’t know what they are doing’. We wanted the ENTIRE day there only to be turned away after because of the incorrect notary. What makes this even worse is I called to speak I manager to get it done correctly. They couldn’t fit me in and then said the manager would call me back to follow up. No call. If they can’t handle a notary service what do you think they will do with any financial services. Walk don’t run away from this place..

The employees are very blatantly unmindful to their customers and are obviously in it for the commission and the commission alone. I hope they do a much better job at understanding their clients' point of view in the future, rather than upholding a cold, almost inhuman disposition.
