Sam, the owner, took it on himself to choose a Ground Delivery for a very time sensitive package that had a mandatory arrival date, that I requested Priority/Guaranteed shipping. The package did not arrive on time, FedEx was unable to help since it was ground, and 4 concert tickets did not arrive on time to a sold out show. Sam was incredibly unapologetic, was not transparent with the shipment decision, did not take accountability, and actually refused to even refund me the cost of the shipment. DO NOT trust this store.

Don’t go for your passport, stick with US postal. They completely screwed up my sons passport application and never certified parent signatures. $200 mistake.
