There are several different packages depending on what you want to do there; such as using the pool, aerobic classes and yoga, or just using the equipment. You can also pay an extra $10.00 to be able to bring a friend with you ever time you go if you like. I do that with my husband rather than pay for a separateemberahip for him because he doesn't ho as often as I do. It is beat to ho up there and speak with them so they can sit down and explain everything to you. I really enjoy going there.

They are open from 8 am to 8pm on Saturdays, and 10am to 8pm on Sundays. I was told by an employee they open late, and close early, on the weekend because they areuvj slower on those days. The rest of the week they open at 5am and vlise at 10pm, except on Fridays they close at 9pm.

I don't know the exact address, but it is on Hwy 278, where Blockbuster used to be, in the same area as K Mart, Zackaby's, and Ingles.
