I did read up on the website before calling just so I had all my ducks in a row and he was appreciative of that. Got our passports secured for a last minute trip and got not only mine renewed but both of my minors new passports done as well!! Can't thank paul and his team enough! I am out of Modesto Ca, but there wasn't a local listing for Modesto to leave a review. Anyway, I felt legal passport needed a review. Let me start with the fact, you can tell Paul knows what he is doing. He is very busy and still returned my emails. He always answered the phone and if I did leave a message it was returned quickly. He is also the only company doing expedited passports in my area, all the other companies are renewals only. I have never had a passport before and I didn't know how to get one let alone expedite one. I have a trip in less than a week. He made sure I had my passport. His process is very easy and he was actually cheaper than the other companies. When I called the other company they told me before they would even consider starting the process I had to find an acceptance agent in my area that would be willing to process the paperwork and give it back to me, so I could send it to them so they could expedite it for me. So I freaked out thinking I wouldn't be able to find an acceptance agent. I called Paul and his process was easy and he explained everything in detail. I recommend legal passport, you won't be sorry.

Not super pleased with this service. When I spoke on the phone with Paul or Bob or whoever, he was extremely rude, dismissive and condescending—treated me like I was an idiot. Also, after paying a great deal for this service and waiting 10 days for my passport, I receive an email asking if I want to pay an additional fee for expedited shipping in order for my passport to arrive on time. Ummm... is that not why I used your service? For my passport to arrive on time?... Anyways, customer service not good and cost very high. I won't be using this service again, I do not recommend it. That being said, I did get my passport on time—at a cost. You decide. One more thing: if you look at their reviews, quite a few are people who have one review of legal passport only and other individuals who have several reviews but all for legal passport in different locations... hmmm

Fantastic one on one service! I needed a passport in one week for a trip and they walked me through filling out the complex forms on line over the phone. I spoke with the same person each time I called. So he knew the details of my case perfectly. He triple checked that I had my documents correct which I would not have had if he hadn't done that. I went to the post office where they gave me a sealed envelope with my documents, then I overnight fed exed the envelope to Legal Passports' courier who hand walked my application through the passport office in San Francisco. He then fed ex'd me back my valid passport the next day. The whole process only took 3 days from start to finish! I wouldn't have been able to go on my trip without these guys. Excellent service. More than 5 stars!
