SERVICE DEPARTMENT Okay… let me start by saying that this service department is pretty amazing. The service writer, Amanda, is an amazing person. She kept me updated very well and actually listened to what I was trying to explain to her. She came out and checked the truck and drew codes. She had a great attitude, looked like she enjoyed what she did, and definitely made me want to keep bringing my vehicle there. Usually, I dislike going to dealerships because we all know how they can be but this one was different and I can honestly say thank you. I highly recommend coming here and you will be treated well.

I am very pleased with Mac at Jim Doran auto, because he was not only able to locate one of the only Jeep Grand Cherokee L’s in the state of Oregon but was able to deliver it all the way to the coast for my daughter in plenty of time for a trip she had planned to take. Making her trip much safer with her new Jeep instead of her old car possibly breaking down. The deliver driver was great and the paperwork and my payment was accepted without any problems.
