We ordered blinds for our big front window as the last part of our remodel. The woman who helped me made it very easy to choose and order, they came in a timely manner, were installed in about 10 minutes and we have liked them but it turns out there was a flaw in the material. They offered to replace them, with a better quality blind, and installed them yesterday, again in less than 10 minutes. The man who installed them, like the first, was very kind and friendly. They are beautiful and we could not be happier with the blinds and the outstanding customer service. We will be back!

I ordered a blind and payed for it september 23 I'm still waiting for it and now all I get is the answering machine when I call about it. Up date!!! Budget Blinds has gotten back to me thankfully and is planning to install in the near future!!!
