Came here for the first time tonight and got a pedicure and manicure. Not only did they do an excellent job on my nails but the overall experience was awesome because of the service of the staff! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. I will definitely be coming back and bringing my friends and family! Thank you for a great experience!

Service was great! I came here to get my birthday nails done. All the ladies know how important that is. I didn't have an appointment but I was seated relatively quickly even though they had a special event going on. I was very happy with the finished product and received many compliments. My tech was friendly and the conversation was great. I really enjoyed myself and will definitely be back.

I told the Nail Tech that I would like Medium to Long Almond. He kept messing up the shape, and just keep filing down and filing down until it was basically nothing. He was so rough with my hands and my cuticles were LITERALLY bleeding. no cuticle care, no hygiene. Lopsided, and you can still see my real nail. I also confirmed that a full set is $40 right? Okay, so why did I pay $65 dollars? I complained and was told extra $10 for length and $15 for shape. Do not recommend. Will never be going back. Horrendous !!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went in for pedicures with my mother last weekend... it was so cold in the building that all of the employees were wearing winter coats while working. We were told which seats to sit in and while we were waiting for someone to come over to put water in our tubs a woman who I assumed to be the owner was on the phone with another customer on speaker phone. The customer was saying how her card was double charged and the owner/employee was telling her that they can't refund her unless she comes in because she doesn't know how to refund a card, just cash. I feel like maybe customer phone calls like that shouldn't shouldn't for the whole room to hear... so while she is on the phone she puts water in our tubs. The water was cold so my mother asked her to make it hotter to which she replied "that's as hot as it gets". The pedicures were incredibly rushed for a $40 pedicure and after 15 minutes we decided we didn't want to stay for a color because it was cold. The pedicures lasted a couple more minutes before they drained the tubs and sent us on our way. I wouldn't ever go to this place. Also, every utensil they used looked like it was at the end of its life and they didn't use gloves... not sanitary at all.. go literally ANYWHERE else. Anyone who posts a good review here is either employed here, a friend to someone employed here or hasn't been to a decent salon to have anything to compare it to.
