They messed up on my drive-thru order which was add extra onions to my burger, I got it plain, went in and the manager took it with wrapper open, NO GLOVES ON, had them add only onion 🙄 so I got it back and nicely said its a normal burger with condiments, ADD EXTRA ONION, she took it again with the wrapper OPEN, NO GLOVES ON and brought it back correct and informed me it was the SAME burger that kept being passed back and forth so I nicely asked why it wasn't remade and she asked me WHY WOULD I THROW AWAY TWO BURGER PATTIES 🤯 I explained because COVID is still around and SANITARY ISSUES, She refused to give me info on higher ups and told me she was the one who ran the store. Older female manager with short hair and a bad attitude, she caused a scene because I nicely asked for a new sandwich, more worried about saving 2 patties then a customers health! Worst customer service ever.

I am a frequent customer of this fine establishment, and I must say they have some amazing service. Today, the dude even gave me a free cup ! Anyways, they have never disappointed me with their services; coming from the skatepark with friends to having an amazing meal. Thank you McDonalds.

Just left this location after asking for extra extra pickles. The lady that took my order was extremely respectful and I had even heard her call out “extra extra pickles on both those burgers” and when I opened my box with my burger inside I found two pickles! How is that extra pickles, it’s not that hard.
